We are looking for a highly motivated, dependable receptionist to join our firm. Candidates must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and have strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Office is required.
You will have a wide variety of administrative work to help the efficient operation of the office. As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for phone calls and visitors. You will greet clients and vendors as they come into the office, and you will answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Some duties may include:
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries,
- Assisting with preparing communications,
- Maintaining inventory of supplies for the kitchen, and
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
