April Fleming, EA is a Tax Director at Lanigan Ryan, bringing more than 20 years of experience in fiduciary tax and wealth management. She advises individuals, trusts, and fiduciaries on complex tax matters, with a focus on thoughtful planning, compliance, and long-term outcomes.

Throughout her career, April has held senior leadership roles within large financial institutions and advisory organizations, where she provided guidance on sophisticated fiduciary and wealth-related tax issues. Her background includes national-level technical work, giving her a deep understanding of both the strategic and practical considerations involved in fiduciary taxation.

April is recognized for her steady, detail-oriented approach and her commitment to building trusted, long-term relationships. She places a strong emphasis on leadership and mentorship and is dedicated to supporting both clients and colleagues with clarity, integrity, and sound judgment. Outside of work, April is a devoted mother to her two children and enjoys spending her summers at the Jersey Shore with her husband. April is also deeply committed to community service and currently serves as a board member for her local library as well as the Delaware County Domestic Abuse Project.
