As the human resources manager, Monique Pettus is responsible for leading and directing routine functions of the human resource department for Lanigan Ryan.
With over 15 years in HR, Monique brings her experience, ideas, and expertise to the firm, ensuring that Lanigan Ryan not only has the highest internal standards and procedures, but also has the events and programs needed to continue to build strong culture and community. Her responsibilities include talent acquisition, staff training, performance management, benefit administration, company policy enforcement and firm compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
When she’s not at work, you can find her cheering on her son and daughter at one of their many extracurricular activities like karate or cheerleading!
