Tracey Diss is the firm administrator and human resources manager at Lanigan Ryan, responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the day-to-day operations of the firm; she also directs implementation of firm policy.
Four years after joining the firm in 1995 as a staff accountant (and subsequently working as both an in-charge and senior accountant), she transitioned into the role she holds to this day, providing strong continuity in direction for team members and clients seeking HR and billing assistance. Among other important daily tasks, Tracey is charged with managing the firm’s payroll and employee benefits oversight, maintaining firm insurance, tracking team licensure, and staying on top of firm memberships and certifications.
When she is not in the office, Tracey is most likely to be found around a swimming pool or running on the trails. She also enjoys going to the beach or camping with her family.
