By February 1st, Lanigan Ryan will send out electronic organizers to all clients receiving prepared individual tax returns. Please expect these emails to come from the address “noreply@safesendreturns.com.” Once you receive the email, click the link, confirm identification, and then begin accessing the electronic organizer. For the best experience, use a computer when completing the following sections:
- Sign Documents: When you click inside this section you may electronically sign the engagement letter for the current year. Once inside, please click on the green signature button.
- Complete Organizer: Please answer all questions on each page and verify that all contact information, dependents, and marital status are updated. Once you have completed the organizer to the best of your ability and feel it is complete, please click on the green finish button.
- Upload Documents: Upload all requested documents needed to process your tax return. Once documentation has been uploaded, press the blue finish button to let us download your source documents and begin processing your return.
- Devices: For the best results please use a computer or a tablet. Organizers cannot be completed on a mobile device.
- Browsers: For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome. Safari, Firefox, as well as other browsers are acceptable. But we strongly discourage using Internet Explorer while using Safesend.
