In a press conference today, the MD Comptroller announced an automatic 3-month extension to file and pay 2021 state individual income taxes, penalty and interest-free.
Note that this automatic extension does not apply to corporations, pass-through entities, or individual estimated taxes. Those respective deadlines remain unchanged.
