Lanigan, Ryan is excited to announce that thanks to the generous support of participants, sponsors, friends, and family, the 26th Annual Golf for Charity Tournament raised over $10,000 for HEROES, Inc. and The Independence Fund.
The tournament, held this past May at the Argyle Country Club in Silver Spring, Maryland, was graced with good weather and an enthusiastic group of golfers. The sold out event gave participants the opportunity to network on a beautiful golf course while proceeds went to the important work of our two 2018 tournament beneficiaries.
Among the highlights of the day was presentation by HEROES, Inc. President Jack Nichols who spoke on the founding of the organization and the growing community needs since its’ inception in 1964.
Big congratulations to our tournament and contest winners and our sincere appreciation to those who joined us in person and in spirit to honor HEROES, Inc. and The Independence Fund.
