Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including working with the partners on interviewing and hiring staff, administering benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with partner group on recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new staff
  • Works with partner group in reviewing employee compensation and benefits
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them a resolution
  • Ensure the firm’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Performs other duties as assigned
